We offer product engineering services using Catia V5 and Autocad CAD systems, as well as mould flow analyses and process simulations to support product development. We also have access to various other systems and services like rapid prototyping (in cooperation with external partners). Close-to-production prototyping is done at our own facilities. For product validation and continuous testing of items of ongoing mass-production runs, our lab features a wide range of equipment including climatic chambers, endurance test stations, test robots for verification of actuating forces and torques, as well as state-of-the-art measurement engineering equipment like for example 3D measuring machines, stereomicroscopes, spectrophotometers etc. |
