Our core processes include Injection moulding - using a total of 48 machines with mould clamping forces ranging from 150 kN to 4,500 kN; up to 3 components, foil insert technology, multi-colour simultaneous injection moulding, in-mould assembly, production of transparent components like plastic optical fibres and display screens. Paintwork - using an automated flat surface spraying unit or a manual paint application; for creation of decorative, laser applications, metall and soft effects; use of solvent-based and water-based paints Laser marking - using three laser stations that are fully integrated in the assembly process and feature fully automatic camera inspection units designed for continuous-flow operation; in addition, there is a laser station for manual operation that is ideal for test and experimental settings and low-volume production runs. Printing on components using multi-colour pad printing technology, designed as closed systems and featuring quick-tool-change mechanisms Assembly of components and products is done using high levels of robot integration, linking of ergonomically designed individual workplaces, and automatic camera-based testing and inspection systems. Ultrasonic welding, gluing, greasing ... Design and manufacture of tools and devices; maintenance and repairs; design, manufacturing, and programming of measuring and inspection devices |
